We staff a dedicated bridal team for trials, day-of styling, and on-location work so the runtime is predictable, the look matches the trial, and your morning starts on schedule. Every bride at MUA gets one lead artist start-to-finish — no handoffs.

In-Salon Bridal Hair
In-salon bridal hair at MUA Salon starts at $500 and is booked as a 3-hour block at our West 3rd Street studio. The chair is yours — bring your dress, your veil, your maid of honor, and we'll style with mirrors all around.
Most in-salon brides come from Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Beverly Grove, and Hancock Park — within a 10-minute drive of the studio. We have private changing space, robes, beverages, and a quiet pre-ceremony atmosphere. If you'd like to add bridal makeup, we coordinate the timing so hair and makeup run in parallel rather than sequentially.

On-Location Bridal Hair
On-location bridal hair starts at $1,000 and reserves a 5-hour service block. We travel to your venue, hotel suite, or estate anywhere across greater Los Angeles — from Malibu's coastline to Pasadena's gardens to Bel-Air's historic homes.
The on-location package covers bride styling, plus the option to add bridal party hair on the same morning at a per-head rate. We bring our entire bridal kit: portable mirrors, plug strips, ring lights, steamers, two pro tool sets, and backup batteries. Larger parties can request a second stylist so morning timelines stay tight.

On-location bridal travels to Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, Malibu, Pasadena, Hollywood, the Hollywood Hills, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Venice, DTLA, Hancock Park, and Pacific Palisades within the standard quote. Locations beyond 25 miles are custom-quoted with travel time built in.

Bridesmaids, mothers & flower girls
Bridal-party hair add-ons start at $150 per head for a 30–45 minute style. Bridal-party makeup starts at $150 per head for a 45-minute soft glam — long-wear base, neutral eye, sealed lip. Mothers of the bride and flower girls priced the same; junior bridesmaids (under 12) at half rate.
For parties of 5+ we bring a second stylist or makeup artist so the timeline stays tight and everyone is camera-ready before first-look photos. Group timelines are built backward from the ceremony hour: bride finishes 60 minutes before ceremony, party finishes 90 minutes before.
Trial Sessions
The bridal trial — what happens, what to bring
We strongly recommend a trial 4–6 weeks before your wedding. The trial is a 90-minute session in the salon where we test your day-of look, photograph it from every angle, and lock the formula. Trials are billed separately from wedding-day hair.

How to book a wedding date
