    At MUA Salon, we value your time and ours.
    To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.

    Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled through our online booking system before the cut-off time. Please note:

    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee.

    Clients cannot cancel prepaid or deposit-required appointments once accepted.

    Missed appointments ("no-shows") may result in a fee and may require a deposit for future bookings.

    At MUA Salon, all services provided — including hair, makeup, brow services, eyelash extensions, and permanent makeup — are performed with the highest level of care and artistry. Because our services require significant time, professional products, and reserved appointment slots, all sales are final and non-refundable.

    Service Policy

    Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued for hair, makeup, brow, eyelash, or permanent makeup treatments.

    If you have any concerns about your result, please contact us within 48 hours so we can offer an adjustment if appropriate. Adjustments are not guaranteed and are provided at the salon’s discretion.

    Deposits & Prepaid Appointments

    All deposits are non-refundable.

    Prepaid appointments cannot be canceled for a refund but may be rescheduled within the allowed cut-off time, depending on availability.

    Permanent Makeup

    Due to the nature of permanent cosmetics, no refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances. Results may vary based on skin type, aftercare, and client lifestyle.

    Products

    All retail product sales (haircare, lash products, brow products, etc.) are final and non-refundable once purchased.

    Welcome to MUA Salon. By booking an appointment or receiving services at our salon, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


    1. Appointments & Scheduling

    Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.

    A valid credit card may be required to secure your appointment.

    Clients agree to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling at the salon’s discretion.


    2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

    Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

    Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments (“no-shows”) may result in a cancellation fee or require a deposit for future bookings.

    Prepaid or deposit-based appointments cannot be canceled for a refund.

    3. Non-Refund Policy

    All services — including hair, makeup, brow services, eyelash extensions, and permanent makeup — are final and non-refundable.

    If you have concerns about your service, contact us within 48 hours for an evaluation. Corrections are offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

    All retail product sales are final.

    4. Permanent Makeup Terms

    Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance.

    Clients must follow aftercare instructions provided by the artist.

    Touch-ups are not included unless specifically stated.

    MUA Salon is not responsible for undesired results due to improper aftercare.

    By booking a permanent makeup service, the client acknowledges the risks and consents to the procedure.


    5. Health & Safety

    Clients agree to:

    Inform their stylist or artist of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or previous reactions.

    Arrive with clean hair or lashes when required for certain treatments.

    Follow all aftercare instructions provided.

    MUA Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for health or safety reasons.


    6. Photos & Media Usage

    With client consent, MUA Salon may take photos or videos of services for marketing purposes, including social media and website usage.

    Clients may request not to have their images used.


    7. Personal Belongings

    MUA Salon is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items while on the premises.


    8. Payments

    Payment is due at the time of service.

    We accept major credit cards, digital payments, and approved gift cards.

    Chargebacks are strictly prohibited and considered a violation of these Terms & Conditions.


    9. Right to Refuse Service

    MUA Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, especially in cases of:

    Disrespectful or unsafe behavior

    Failure to comply with policies

    Repeated cancellations or no-shows


    10. Policy Updates

    MUA Salon may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
    Clients are responsible for reviewing updates before scheduling future appointments.


    11. Agreement

    By booking an appointment or receiving services at MUA Salon, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
