With strong walk-in traffic and a loyal upscale clientele, we are expanding our team and looking for a talented Men’s Hair Specialist / Barber to join us.

You
You are experienced in modern men’s cuts—fades, tapers, textured looks, razor work—and you take pride in precision, cleanliness, and client satisfaction. You communicate well, you’re reliable, and you enjoy working in a high-energy premium salon.
We also make hiring decisions based on your Instagram portfolio, so having a clear, professional feed that reflects your work is important.
You are a great fit if you:
- Excel in men’s haircuts (fades, tapers, scissor cuts, textured styles, line-ups, etc.)
- Have strong attention to detail and customer service
- Maintain a clean and professional work style
- Are comfortable working in a busy, upscale environment
- Have an Instagram portfolio showcasing your skills (required)
- Want to grow your client base in one of LA’s most desirable areas
Responsibilities
You will provide high-quality men’s haircut services while maintaining the standards and atmosphere of MUA Salon. You’ll manage appointments, maintain your workstation, and ensure a top-tier experience for every client.
Your responsibilities include:
- Performing men’s haircuts and grooming services
- Consulting with clients to deliver personalized styles
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Recommending products and styling tips when appropriate
- Contributing to a positive, professional salon environment
